Our return policy is valid for 14 days, starting from the date your package is delivered. Please make sure to initiate your return within this period to ensure smooth processing.

Returns sent after the 14-day window will not be accepted. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the package to the original dispatch address.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact our customer service team through the Returns portal in the Orders section of your account. We will provide a return label for you to send the item back.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items listed as Pre-Owned. The item's description will clearly indicate its pre-owned status. We recommend reviewing product details thoroughly before purchasing.

For returns due to dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please use a reliable courier such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx, and provide an active tracking number. We do not accept returns sent via local postal services due to long delivery times, and these will be rejected.

If your return incurs customs charges, you are responsible for covering those fees. Customs charges must be paid before we can process a refund. For faster processing, we recommend choosing the option where the sender covers all customs duties.

All returned items must be in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and any included accessories such as boxes or dust bags. We reserve the right to reject returns if items show signs of wear, washing, or use.

In the case of declined returns, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or PayPal within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
