What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?

  • With FedEx, UPS, and DHL, the courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times or take the package to a nearby collection point where you can pick it up. In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your package. If an order is not picked up and is returned to us, we will deduct €45 from the refund.

Which countries do you deliver to?

  • We provide worldwide delivery using UPS, FedEx, or DHL. However, we cannot ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing conflict.

 

What happens if a parcel gets stopped at customs?

  • We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance. However, any customs fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
